1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77bar ("77bar," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the 77bar website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotion on 77bar, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses any part of the 77bar website.

By registering on 77bar, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent these requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 77bar Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 77bar Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 77bar reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77bar login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

77bar accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are generally credited to your 77bar account balance instantly for e-wallet methods (GCash, PayMaya) and within the same business day for bank transfers. 77bar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

4.3 Currency

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your 77bar account is a breach of these Terms. 77bar reserves the right to suspend your account, recover any funds subject to a chargeback, and pursue all available legal remedies in such circumstances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77bar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, system errors, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by circumstances beyond 77bar's reasonable control.

77bar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 77bar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Suspension & Termination

77bar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a recognized gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity on your account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 77bar reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real money balance remaining in your account pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 77bar customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to the resolution of any pending transactions or investigations.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution
